End User License Agreement ("Agreement")

Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before enabling the Onlink SDK. By enabling the Onlink SDK, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not enable the Onlink SDK.

Definitions

Hosting Application -- The application you have downloaded and installed. As part of this installation, the Onlink SDK is being installed.

SDK -- A software component embedded in the hosting application. By enabling Onlink SDK, the Onlink SDK may use your free device resources to collect publicly available information from the web, only when the device is idle (i.e. CPU utilization is sufficiently low so that the Onlink SDK operation will not impact user experience or performance of other running applications).

Restrictions

The installation of the Onlink SDK may only be done by individuals that are at least 16 years old and at least the legal age allowed for by the applicable jurisdiction. You represent and warrant that you are of legal age, as described above.

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the SDK or make it available to any third party.

Modifications

Onlink SDK reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the data or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.

Term and Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Onlink SDK.

Onlink SDK may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.

This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from Onlink SDK, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may terminate this Agreement by opting out of our network through the Hosting Application settings. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Hosting Application and all copies thereof from your mobile device or from your desktop.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Amendments to this Agreement

Onlink SDK reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time.
